JPMorganChase has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Aditi Mahadevan Nair as Head of Human Resources for Singapore, reinforcing its focus on building a high-performing workforce in one of its most important Asia-Pacific markets.

Nair brings more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership across global financial institutions. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale initiatives spanning talent management, organizational transformation, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and workforce strategy.

Prior to joining JPMorganChase, she served as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources – Asia Pacific at Barclays, where she was responsible for shaping the bank’s regional people strategy and driving HR transformation across multiple markets. Before Barclays, she spent nearly 18 years at Citi, holding several senior leadership positions, including Chief Human Resources Officer for India and South Asia, while also leading regional talent and organizational development initiatives.

In her new role, Nair will oversee JPMorganChase’s people strategy in Singapore, working closely with business leaders to strengthen talent development, employee engagement, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. Her appointment reflects the bank’s continued investment in building a future-ready workforce as the financial services industry undergoes rapid technological and business transformation.

As global banks continue to compete for top talent, strategic HR leadership has become increasingly critical in driving innovation, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and supporting long-term business growth.
