Share Graphite India has appointed Dhaval Morparia as Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to strengthen its organisational capabilities and people-first growth strategy. In his new role, Morparia will oversee Graphite India’s human resources strategy, leading initiatives across talent management, organisational development, workforce transformation, leadership capability, and culture. He will also focus on aligning the company’s people agenda with its long-term business objectives while building a high-performance organisation. Prior to joining Graphite India, Morparia served as Head – Human Resources at Livguard Drivetrain, where he led the HR function, industrial relations, workforce planning, and organisational integration while supporting the establishment of new manufacturing facilities. Earlier in his career, he held senior HR leadership positions at Tata Play Ltd., Suzuki Motor Gujarat Pvt. Ltd., and Cerebrus Consultants, gaining broad experience across manufacturing and service-led businesses. His expertise spans compensation and benefits, talent management, HR technology, performance management, organisational design, and business transformation.
