WPP Media has appointed Nidhi Puri as Senior Vice President, People Partner – South Asia, reinforcing its leadership team as the agency group sharpens its regional people strategy. The appointment was confirmed on 24 February 2026.

In her new role, Puri will lead people strategy across South Asia, focusing on talent transformation, organisational effectiveness and culture-building initiatives to support business growth. She will work closely with the leadership team to align workforce strategy with evolving client and market demands.

Puri brings extensive experience in human resources, business partnering and talent management across multiple industries and geographies. Most recently, she served as Head – People Business Partnering (India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh) at CBRE, where she led HR strategy and supported large, cross-border teams.

Prior to CBRE, she held senior roles at Genpact as APAC Program Manager – Executive Referrals, Affiliated Computer Services as Project Manager – Chief of Staff Operations, and Hewitt Associates LLC as HR Advisor and Head HR – Benefits Outsourcing Business. Her earlier career includes positions at HCLTech, Trisoft Systems Pvt Ltd and Blue Dart, where she built expertise in HR strategy, resourcing and operational excellence.

Her appointment comes at a time when agency networks are navigating rapid shifts in media consumption, digital transformation and changing workforce expectations. In an industry where talent remains the core differentiator, the ability to attract, develop and retain creative and strategic professionals is critical.

At WPP Media, Puri is expected to drive a cohesive people framework that enhances organisational agility while fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
