During his time at Sun Pharma, Dave played a key role in shaping people strategies across business units, driving workforce planning initiatives and contributing to large-scale HR transformation programmes. He was instrumental in aligning HR frameworks with evolving business priorities in a dynamic and compliance-driven industry landscape. Earlier in his career, he also held positions at Zydus Lifesciences, where he worked on organisational development initiatives and employee engagement frameworks aimed at strengthening performance culture and leadership pipelines. At V S International, Dave will oversee recruitment, leadership development and performance management systems. His mandate includes fostering a culture rooted in accountability, innovation and regulatory compliance – critical pillars in the healthcare sector.
