TCS names Prerna Sinha as Head of HR for Cyber Security Business

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has appointed Prerna Sinha as Head of Human Resources for its Cyber Security Business Group, signaling a renewed focus on people strategy amid the rising global demand for cyber talent. A long-serving leader within TCS, Sinha brings over 18 years of experience across the company, having led HR initiatives for the BFSI, Manufacturing, and Utilities verticals, as well as spearheaded large-scale and niche talent acquisition programs.
