Taggd Names Manish Malhotra as Vice President – RPO

Taggd has appointed Manish Malhotra as Vice President – Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), strengthening its focus on delivering technology-driven and scalable talent solutions.

Malhotra joins Taggd from Korn Ferry, where he served as Client Services Director – RPO. Prior to that, he held a leadership role as Vice President – RPO at Randstad Enterprise. With over two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment transformation, and client services across multiple industries.

In his new role, Malhotra will be responsible for scaling Taggd’s RPO offerings, driving innovation in hiring strategies, and strengthening client partnerships. His appointment aligns with the company’s vision to build future-ready, AI-powered recruitment solutions.

Throughout his career, he has worked with several leading organisations, including Citi India, Robert Walters, Publicis Sapient, Amdocs, and Steria. His experience spans bulk and niche hiring, leadership recruitment, campus hiring strategies, and end-to-end recruitment transformation.
