Share ServiceNow has appointed Kulmeet Bawa as Managing Director and Group Vice President for India and SAARC, marking a significant leadership addition as the company expands its presence in the region. Based in New Delhi, Bawa will lead ServiceNow’s business operations across India and SAARC, with a mandate to drive growth, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen the company’s position in enterprise digital transformation. Bawa brings over two decades of experience in enterprise technology and SaaS, having held senior leadership roles across global organisations. Most recently, he served as Global Chief Revenue Officer at SAP, where he was responsible for leading worldwide revenue strategy and execution. Prior to that, he was President and Managing Director for SAP India, playing a key role in expanding the company’s regional footprint. Earlier in his career, Bawa served as President and Managing Director for South Asia at Adobe, further strengthening his expertise in scaling technology businesses in high-growth markets. Before transitioning into the corporate world, he spent over a decade in the Indian Army, an experience that has contributed to his leadership approach rooted in discipline, strategic thinking, and execution excellence. His appointment comes at a time when India continues to emerge as a critical hub for digital transformation, with enterprises accelerating investments in cloud, automation, and AI-driven workflows. ServiceNow has been positioning itself at the forefront of this shift, enabling organisations to streamline operations and enhance productivity through its platform. In his new role, Bawa is expected to focus on scaling operations, expanding enterprise adoption, and building strong ecosystem partnerships, as ServiceNow aims to capture a larger share of the region’s growing technology spend. The move also reflects a broader industry trend of global technology companies strengthening leadership teams in India and SAARC to capitalise on increasing demand for enterprise digital solutions and transformation programs. With a combination of global experience and regional expertise, Bawa is well-positioned to lead ServiceNow’s next phase of growth in one of its most strategic markets.
