Segula Technologies has appointed Praveen Ambrose as Chief Human Resources Officer, marking a significant leadership elevation as the company advances its global transformation and growth strategy.

Ambrose, who joined Segula in 2020, has steadily progressed through key HR leadership roles including Head of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition and Director of HR. His elevation to CHRO reflects both leadership continuity and the company’s focus on strengthening its people agenda.

With over 16 years of experience across the Automotive, IT, and Heavy Engineering sectors, Ambrose brings deep expertise in talent strategy, organisational development, and people-first transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Segula, he served as Head of Human Resources at IDC Engineering and held strategic HR roles at EASi.

In his new role, he will be responsible for shaping the organisation’s global people strategy, with a focus on building a future-ready workforce, strengthening leadership capabilities, and aligning talent priorities with business growth.
