Share Safari Industries India Ltd. has appointed Manish Bhatia as its Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective January 27, 2026. As a member of the senior management team, Bhatia will lead the company’s people and culture agenda, with a sharp focus on talent strategy, leadership development and building a high-performance organisation aligned with Safari’s growth ambitions. Bhatia brings over 26 years of cross-sector experience spanning building materials, consumer durables, automotive IT and retail. Prior to this role, he served as CHRO – EVP HR at GREENPLY INDUSTRIES LIMITED, where he led end-to-end HR strategy and organisational transformation. He also spent more than a decade at VIP Industries Limited in senior leadership roles across HR and business functions, including institutional trades and ecommerce. An MBA in HR from Pune University and a commerce graduate from Lucknow University, Bhatia’s appointment underscores Safari Industries’ intent to closely align HR strategy with business priorities as the company continues to scale and strengthen its leadership pipeline.
