Technology and engineering solutions company Quarks has appointed Ravi Kumar as Chief Talent Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the organisation prepares for an ambitious phase of global expansion.

In his new role, Kumar will work closely with Founder and CEO Vipin Vindal to shape the company’s people strategy and organisational capabilities. His mandate includes designing a scalable global organisational structure and strengthening talent practices to support Quarks’ long-term growth ambitions.

The company has outlined plans for significant expansion, and Kumar’s role will focus on building a high-performance workforce, strengthening leadership pipelines and aligning talent systems with business strategy. He will also oversee initiatives aimed at developing a strong frontline delivery organisation and ensuring that the company’s talent ecosystem supports its evolving global footprint.

Extensive experience in global talent leadership

Kumar brings nearly three decades of experience in talent acquisition and organisational capability building across technology and engineering services companies. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with senior leadership teams to build scalable hiring frameworks and support international expansion strategies.

Before joining Quarks, he served as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Cyient, where he was responsible for driving global talent acquisition strategy and execution across the company’s operations. His work focused on strengthening hiring processes and building talent pipelines to support the organisation’s engineering and digital services business.

Earlier, Kumar spent almost a decade at Quest Global as Global Head of Talent Acquisition, where he led global resourcing initiatives and played a key role in scaling the organisation’s workforce to support its position as a digital engineering partner for global enterprises.

Building global talent ecosystems

Prior to that, Kumar had a long stint with GeometricPLM (Geometric Americas Inc.), where he served as Director – Global Talent Acquisition for more than twelve years. During this period, he established and expanded the company’s global recruitment function to support software product engineering teams across international markets.

Earlier in his career, he held recruitment leadership roles at HCL Technologies and Datamatics, gaining early experience in technology hiring and talent management.

Supporting Quarks’ growth ambitions

Quarks’ leadership believes Kumar’s deep experience in building global talent frameworks and partnering with CXOs on workforce strategy will play a key role in the company’s transformation journey.

As the organisation aims to scale rapidly in the coming years, strengthening talent infrastructure and organisational capability will be central to achieving its growth targets. Kumar’s appointment reflects the company’s focus on ensuring that its people strategy evolves alongside business expansion and global market opportunities.

With organisations across the technology sector competing intensely for skilled talent, leaders who can design scalable hiring systems, develop high-performance teams and support international growth are becoming increasingly critical to long-term success.
