Share JLL has appointed Prabhu Rammurthi as Global People Partner, marking a key leadership addition to its JLL Business Services team as the organization continues to evolve its global people strategy. In his new role, Rammurthi will work closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Shared Services Officer and CHRO, to drive enterprise-wide people strategy and align talent initiatives with business priorities. His mandate includes leading the end-to-end people agenda, translating business goals into impactful talent solutions and enabling large-scale organizational transformation. With over 25 years of global HR leadership experience, Rammurthi brings strong expertise in strategic HR, organizational development and shared services transformation. His career at JLL reflects a steady progression across leadership roles, from regional HR responsibilities in APAC to global people partnership based in Chicago. Prior to this elevation, he served in multiple senior roles at JLL, including Executive Director – People Partner and HR Business Partner, where he supported global corporate functions such as marketing, legal, research and human resources, while also partnering on transformation and operational initiatives. Before joining JLL, Rammurthi held key HR leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP, where he managed HR operations across multiple geographies in Asia Pacific, led large-scale HR service delivery and played a critical role in transformation programs. He also had an early stint at IBM, contributing to workforce planning and recruitment strategy. His experience spans managing complex, matrixed organizations, driving HR transformation, leading large teams and delivering data-driven people strategies, making him well-positioned to support JLL’s evolving business needs. At a time when organizations are navigating AI-led disruption, shifting workforce models and the need for future-ready skills, the role of global HR leaders is becoming increasingly strategic.
