Share Emaar India has appointed Neha Saxena Shenoy as Chief Human Resources Officer, as the company sharpens its people strategy to support expansion across key Indian markets. In her new role, Shenoy will lead the organisation’s HR agenda, focusing on talent strategy, leadership development, organisational transformation, and building a high-performance culture aligned with business growth. She joins Emaar India from Info Edge India, where she served as Executive Vice President and played a key role in driving people strategy and organisational effectiveness across business units. Prior to that, she was Deputy CHRO at Cairn Oil and Gas, where she led initiatives across talent management, employee experience, HR shared services, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Shenoy brings extensive experience across industries, having held senior HR leadership roles at global organisations such as Honeywell, Reckitt, Microsoft, and Adobe. Her early career includes roles at GE, Fidelity Investments, and Larsen & Toubro, where she built a strong foundation in HR strategy, talent development, and organisational capability. Her appointment comes at a time when companies in capital-intensive sectors such as real estate are placing increased emphasis on leadership pipelines, workforce capability, and execution excellence to support growth. As competition intensifies and project timelines become more demanding, the role of HR leadership is becoming critical in driving performance and organisational agility. At Emaar India, Shenoy is expected to focus on strengthening talent frameworks, improving retention, building leadership depth, and aligning culture with business outcomes, as the company positions itself for its next phase of expansion. The move reflects a broader industry trend where organisations are investing in experienced HR leaders to build scalable, high-performance teams that can support long-term growth and operational efficiency.
