A seasoned HR executive with over 30 years of cross-industry experience, Chakravarty joins DS Group from HCLTech, where he spent more than a decade in global HR leadership roles. During his tenure, he headed HR for Europe and Africa and led large-scale HR process and technology transformations spanning 30+ countries. Prior to HCLTech, he served as Chief People Officer at Birlasoft and held senior leadership roles across consulting, aviation, manufacturing, and IT services.
