Domino’s has elevated Amit Arora to Assistant Vice President (Head Chef) – New Product Development, strengthening its culinary leadership as it continues to innovate within the competitive quick-service restaurant landscape. The brand operates in India under Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd..

In his new role, Arora will spearhead culinary innovation, product strategy and menu development, ensuring offerings are aligned with evolving consumer preferences while meeting brand standards and operational scalability. His mandate includes advancing product pipelines, refining kitchen efficiencies and driving structured innovation across markets.

Before this elevation, Arora served as AVP (Head Chef) – New Product Development at Popeyes India, where he led menu localisation initiatives and introduced new products tailored to Indian tastes. Earlier, as General Manager (Head Chef) – NPD, he played a key role in launching new menu formats and optimising back-end kitchen processes to support business growth.

His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Yum! Restaurants International, where he worked across food innovation and supply chain management, contributing to large-scale product strategies. Additionally, he has held positions at Mountain Trail Foods Pvt. Ltd., Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., Au Bon Pain, Cafe Coffee Day, Carnival Cruise Line and Jaypee Group of Hotels, building comprehensive expertise across QSR, hospitality and global food service operations.

With strong capabilities in culinary R&D, supply chain integration and high-volume product rollouts, Arora brings a blend of creative vision and operational precision. His elevation reflects Domino’s continued commitment to strengthening product innovation and delivering differentiated dining experiences in a rapidly evolving market.
