Share Deloitte has appointed Arun Kumar as Vice President – Talent Acquisition, further strengthening its leadership team in talent strategy and hiring operations. The appointment reflects Deloitte’s continued focus on building scalable recruitment capabilities to support its expanding workforce and evolving business needs. In his new role, Kumar will lead talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on strengthening hiring strategies, enhancing recruitment processes, and building strong talent pipelines across functions. Based in Bengaluru, he will play a key role in aligning recruitment efforts with Deloitte’s growth priorities and workforce planning objectives. Kumar brings over two decades of experience in recruitment, talent strategy, and operations across global consulting, financial services, and talent solutions organizations. His career spans leadership roles in large-scale hiring programmes, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and workforce transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Deloitte, Kumar served as Vice President – Client Services and Site Head (Bengaluru) at Magnit, where he led client engagement and operations for workforce solutions. Earlier, he briefly worked with Zinnov as Director – Talent Acquisition, supporting ramp-up hiring for a new client in engineering and product management roles. Before that, he spent more than three years at Randstad Enterprise as Head – RPO/MSP Operations India, overseeing recruitment outsourcing and managed service programmes for enterprise clients. His earlier leadership experience also includes serving as Vice President and Lead – Talent Acquisition (Technology) at Standard Chartered Bank, where he led hiring initiatives for technology functions. Kumar has also held senior roles with Resource Solutions, EXL, and FIS, building deep expertise in talent acquisition strategy, recruitment operations, and workforce scaling across global organizations. With his extensive background in enterprise hiring, RPO leadership, and large-scale recruitment operations, Kumar is expected to help Deloitte further strengthen its talent acquisition capabilities and support the firm’s continued growth in a highly competitive talent market.
