Share Colgate-Palmolive has appointed Hardik Jhaveri as Senior Director – Marketing for the South ASEAN Hub, strengthening its marketing leadership for the region. Jhaveri announced the development through a post on LinkedIn, describing the move as an exciting opportunity and a return to an organisation where he previously spent a significant part of his career. Prior to taking up this new role, Jhaveri served as General Manager at Hill’s Pet Nutrition, where he worked for approximately three years. During this period, he was involved in leading business operations and contributing to the brand’s growth within the pet nutrition segment. Jhaveri has an extensive history with Colgate-Palmolive, having spent around 13 years with the company earlier in his career. During that tenure, he held a variety of senior leadership roles across different functions, gaining broad experience in marketing, brand management and business strategy. His long association with the organisation provided him with deep insights into the company’s operations and global brand portfolio. Before his earlier stint at Colgate-Palmolive, Jhaveri also worked with Unilever and Bates, David Enterprise, where he developed early experience in marketing and brand-building within the consumer goods and advertising sectors. With his return to Colgate-Palmolive, Jhaveri will now be responsible for overseeing marketing strategy and initiatives across the company’s South ASEAN hub. In this capacity, he is expected to focus on strengthening brand presence, driving regional marketing initiatives and supporting business growth in the ASEAN markets. The appointment reflects Colgate-Palmolive’s continued focus on strengthening leadership within its regional marketing operations, particularly as companies in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector continue to invest in brand-led growth and consumer engagement across emerging markets in Southeast Asia.
