CKA Birla Group has appointed Himanshu Khanna as its Group Chief Marketing Officer, strengthening its central leadership as the diversified conglomerate sharpens its focus on brand integration and digital-led growth. In his new role, Khanna will steer the group’s overarching brand vision, accelerate marketing transformation across its portfolio businesses, and champion consumer-first strategies anchored in data and technology.

Khanna joins the group after serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Raymond Limited, where he played a pivotal role in revitalising the company’s lifestyle business and managing a diverse brand portfolio. His tenure was marked by strategic repositioning initiatives, sharper consumer targeting, and business transformation aimed at unlocking long-term value.

Over the course of his career, Khanna has held senior leadership positions across leading global and Indian organisations, including RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, Beam Suntory, GlaxoSmithKline, Wrigley, PepsiCo, Cadbury India, and Nestlé. Across these roles, he has built extensive experience in P&L management, brand building, portfolio strategy, and market expansion across FMCG and lifestyle categories.
