Chargebee Promotes Madhumitha Mani to Director – People Success

Chargebee has elevated Madhumitha Mani to the role of Director – People Success, marking a key internal promotion as the company continues to strengthen its people and culture strategy.

Mani has been with Chargebee for over six years, most recently serving as Senior Manager – People Success Business Partner. During her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in shaping people initiatives and supporting business growth through strategic HR interventions.

With more than 13 years of experience in human resources, Mani brings a well-rounded background across talent management, employee engagement, and organisational development. Prior to joining Chargebee, she worked with leading global organisations including Citi, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, and Oracle.

Announcing her promotion on LinkedIn, Mani reflected on her journey, highlighting the role of continuous learning, resilience, and team support in achieving this milestone. She emphasised that success is shaped by collective effort, driven by strong leadership, collaborative peers, and inspiring teams.

In her new role, she will focus on enhancing people success strategies, strengthening organisational culture, and enabling employees to thrive in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Mani holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration.
