Kadyan joins CBRE from McKinsey & Company, where he spent over 17 years, most recently serving as a Senior Partner and co-leading the firm’s Technology Services practice. During his tenure, he advised leading global organizations across AI, cloud strategy, mergers & acquisitions and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. In his new role at CBRE, Kadyan will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide technology strategy and transformation, with a focus on leveraging data, digital capabilities and scale to enhance operational efficiency and deliver differentiated value to clients. Over the course of his career, he has worked extensively across the U.S., Europe and Asia, partnering with organizations across industries to implement complex transformation programs and next-generation technology strategies. He has also led major AI-led transformations, helping businesses adapt to rapidly evolving digital ecosystems. Prior to his current role at McKinsey, Kadyan led the firm’s Telecom, Media & Technology practice in India and served as the Managing Partner for the Gurugram office, further strengthening his leadership credentials across global markets. His appointment comes at a time when companies in the real estate and infrastructure services sector are increasingly leveraging technology, data and AI to drive smarter decision-making, improve efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
