Bharat Forge Names Rinki Sharma Associate Vice President – HR

Bharat Forge Limited has appointed Rinki Sharma as Associate Vice President – Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as the company accelerates its BFL 2.0 transformation journey.

In her new role, Rinki will be responsible for driving the company’s people strategy, enhancing organisational capability, and aligning HR initiatives with broader business transformation goals. Her mandate comes at a critical time as Bharat Forge focuses on scaling operations, leveraging digital technologies, and strengthening its global engineering footprint.

Rinki brings over two decades of experience across HR strategy, talent management, organisational development, and HR transformation. Prior to joining Bharat Forge, she served as AVP – HR at Onward Technologies Limited, where she led key initiatives across talent strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development.

During her tenure at Onward Technologies, she also held the role of General Manager – Human Resources, contributing significantly to employee engagement, HR process optimisation, and building scalable frameworks to support business growth.

Before that, she spent over a decade with Neilsoft, where she held multiple leadership roles, including BU Head HR and Senior HR Business Partner. In these roles, she led HR operations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning, closely aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Earlier in her career, Rinki worked with Tata Communications as Human Resource Lead, where she played a key role in HR shared services transformation, process automation, payroll management, and workforce analytics. She began her professional journey with Kumar Properties, building a strong foundation in core HR operations.

With deep expertise in HR analytics, organisational design, and strategic workforce planning, Rinki is well-positioned to support Bharat Forge’s next phase of growth. Her appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on building a high-performance, future-ready workforce aligned with its long-term transformation and expansion strategy.
