Altimetrik Appoints Dhirendra Nath as Chief Human Resources Officer

Altimetrik, an AI-first data and digital engineering company, has appointed Dhirendra Nath as its Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its digital and AI-driven capabilities across global markets.

In his new role, Nath will lead Altimetrik’s global people strategy, with a focus on talent transformation, leadership development, organisational effectiveness and culture building. His mandate will also include strengthening workforce capabilities as the company scales its AI adoption and digital engineering services to support enterprise clients worldwide.

Nath brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience across technology, digital and enterprise services organisations. His expertise spans large-scale talent management, HR transformation, leadership development and organisational design in high-growth environments.

Before joining Altimetrik, Nath served as President and Group Chief People Officer at SLK Group, where he led comprehensive people transformation initiatives aimed at supporting the company’s global expansion and strengthening organisational capability.

Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Wipro, holding several senior HR leadership positions. During this time, he served as HR Leader for Product Engineering Services, playing a key role in building HR operations for high-growth market segments and supporting leadership development across multiple geographies.

Nath’s earlier experience also includes HR leadership roles at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, APJ Surrendra Group, and Pantaloon Retail, where he contributed to talent strategy, organisational development and HR operations across diverse industries.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam, Nath brings deep expertise in human capital strategy and organisational transformation. His appointment reflects Altimetrik’s continued focus on building strong leadership capabilities and strengthening its talent ecosystem as it accelerates innovation in AI-driven digital transformation.
