Access Healthcare has appointed Debashish Ghosh as Senior Vice President & Head of People – India and Philippines, strengthening its leadership team as it continues to scale operations across key markets. He assumed the role in February 2026 and is based in Chennai.

Ghosh brings over two decades of experience in human resources, having led end-to-end HR functions across global organisations and Indian conglomerates. His core expertise spans organisational culture transformation, change leadership and talent management, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

Prior to joining Access Healthcare, Ghosh served as SVP & India HR Head at Berkadia for nearly eight years, where he led HR strategy and workforce expansion in a high-growth environment. Earlier, he spent over 12 years at Genpact as AVP & HRBP Lead, playing a key role in strengthening business partnering and talent frameworks. He began his corporate career at GE as a Management Trainee and later held early professional roles in the hospitality sector.

In 2025, he briefly founded TalBha as Founder & CEO, reflecting his entrepreneurial orientation and interest in talent innovation before transitioning to his current leadership role at Access Healthcare.

An Executive Alumnus of IIM Calcutta, Ghosh holds an HR Certification from XLRI Jamshedpur and is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach. He has also earned two globally recognised HR credentials: Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management and Global Talent Management Leader (GTML) from the Talent Management Institute.

Beyond corporate leadership, Ghosh actively champions industry-academia collaboration and serves on advisory boards of universities, business schools and start-ups. As a LinkedIn influencer, HR thought leader, speaker and mentor, he regularly contributes to conversations around the future of work and the evolving HR landscape.

At Access Healthcare, Ghosh will oversee the people strategy for India and the Philippines, focusing on culture transformation, leadership development, talent scalability and organisational effectiveness. His appointment underscores the company’s emphasis on strengthening leadership capability and aligning workforce strategy with long-term growth ambitions across its global delivery network.
