Havas CX India, the customer experience vertical of Havas India, has appointed Amandeep Singh Kochar as Executive Vice President, Experience Strategy and Martech Head. The appointment strengthens the network’s leadership at a time when brands are placing customer experience at the centre of their growth and digital transformation strategies. 

Based in Gurugram, Kochar will report to Manas Lahiri, Chief Growth Officer at Havas India, who also oversees Havas CX India operations. His role will focus on accelerating capabilities across customer experience, martech, CRM, first-party data, and analytics, while enhancing the agency’s go-to-market strategy and cross-agency integration across the Havas India ecosystem. 

Bringing Deep CX and Martech Expertise 

Kochar joins Havas CX India from VML, where he was instrumental in building customer experience and commerce practices across India and Southeast Asia. He managed regional mandates across Thailand and Malaysia and later embarked on an entrepreneurial consulting journey, advising Bharat-first brands and customers. 

With more than fifteen years of experience across India and ASEAN markets, Kochar has led CX and data-driven programmes for marquee brands including Ford Motor Company, Colgate-Palmolive, Mahindra Group, Hindustan Unilever, PepsiCo, and BAT. His work also includes notable case studies across Ford, IDFC and Colgate, showcasing expertise in first-party data programmes, personalisation, CRM, martech orchestration and CX-led business transformation.

Kochar’s appointment reflects Havas India’s broader focus on creating a unified customer experience offering by bringing together creativity, data, media and technology. The network aims to deliver seamless and measurable CX outcomes that translate to long-term brand and business value. 

The move also signals rising demand for integrated CX talent in India as more brands invest in omnichannel journeys, advanced personalisation and data maturity to drive sustained competitive advantage.
