Cotha brings more than twenty-five years of global HR leadership experience spanning startups, mid-sized enterprises and Global Capability Centers. An alumna of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, she is known for shaping strong employer brands, advancing diversity, equity and inclusion, strengthening talent systems and driving governance-led growth.
