Rahul Gama brings over 28 years of HR leadership experience across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and India. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including Consumer Goods, Chemicals, Agriculture, Retail, and Services. He has previously served as CHRO at Pidilite Industries Limited and Global CHRO at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where he led large-scale workforce transformations, international expansion strategies, and acquisition integrations.
