Redington India Appoints Sangeetha Sivaraj as Head – Talent Acquisition, Distribution Business

Redington Limited India has announced the appointment of Sangeetha Sivaraj (She/Her/Hers) as Head of Talent Acquisition for its Distribution business. The move strengthens the company’s people leadership as it focuses on scalable and future-ready talent expansion across the country. 

In her new role, Sivaraj will lead the enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy for Redington’s India Distribution business. Her responsibilities include building diverse and sustainable talent pipelines, enhancing leadership hiring, elevating employer branding, and driving data-led recruitment practices closely aligned with long-term business goals. She will also work with senior business leaders to ensure talent strategy supports the company’s broader growth roadmap. 

Sivaraj joins Redington with nearly two decades of experience across HR and talent leadership roles. Prior to this appointment, she was associated with Philips, serving as People Partner and previously as Talent Acquisition Leader for Global Business Services and Enabling Functions. She led large-scale hiring mandates, capability building programs, and DEI initiatives during her tenure. Her career also includes senior roles at Bank of America, Wipro Technologies, and Mphasis, where she built deep expertise in strategic recruitment and organizational talent planning.
